The Kara Walker exhibit attracted crowds of people to see sculptures in the final weeks of the exhibit.
Smaller “sugar babies” were melting in the heat as intended. These were made from various mixtures and were melting at different rates.
Crowds inside the space gawked at the sculpture.
Many people posed for pictures in front of the sculpture.
This is a huge sculptural piece and it filled the old factory floor.
The lines snaked down Kent Ave and around the Domino sugar redevelopment.
