A former nail salon on the corner of Graham Ave and Metropolitan Ave is being gutted.

The store front has been something a blight on the busy street corner for years. Located on top of the Graham Avenue L station, this high traffic area has seen an increasing number of upscale shops in recent years.

The corner location has a great deal of potential that was squandered on an often empty nail salon.
