The building site spans from Grand Street to North 1st.

The site had been a historic warehouse demolished back in 2020. The warehouse was a red brick building from the 19th century. The 1940s tax photos should the old warehouse buildings with intricate brickwork.

The new building will feature 45 apartment units and 24 parking spaces.
