The Garden Carver, a plant-based butcher and cafe, is coming to Grand Street in Williamsburg.

The storefront at 187 Grand Street has building permits posted and an application for a liquor license was reviewed in January.

The shop’s instagram is currently seeking a barista and plant-based chef.

The store also has a Facebook page with a few photos including trucker hats with the store logo.
