Concrete is getting poured a long delayed residential building on Graham Avenue.
The large lot a block from the BQE has been vacant for years. Plans for a 14-story building were stopped by local neighborhood property owners, and then downzoning made the original plan impossible.
Eventually a 7-story, 56-unit building was planned, but that project was long stalled.
The lot has been vacant for more than a decade.
