The small-batch coffee company has opened a shop on Lorimer Street.

Coffee roaster Jeremiah Borrego is pursuing sustainability in his cafe and conducts a weekly roast of coffee.

Olas also sells Virbuna, an unroasted, cultured coffee product.

The location is next door to Edith’s Sandwich Counter and across the street from Campbell & Co, another coffee purveyor.
