Sushi and Japanese Snacks Come to Graham Ave

A new Japanese convenience store and sushi stand has opened on Graham Avenue.
The narrow storefront now has shelves on the opposing walls and a small sushi counter at the back. The refrigerator section is filled with premade sushi.

The refrigerated section of the shop has a large selection of teas, juices, and canned coffee.

At this point it seems like every gentrified neighborhood has their own little Japanese mart filled with snacks and ramen. There’s only so many times you can trick me into buying a crab flavored potato chip before I figure out that’s not what I’ve been craving.
Previously, the location had been home to Miss Thailand, a take away restaurant, and Empanada Spot, a short-lived empanada restaurant.
