The workers at the Starbucks at 154 North 7th in Williamsburg voted to Unionize last month.
The store’s staff first filed for the vote in April with three other stores.
Starbucks has been union busting for years. A shop in Ithaca voted to unionize and Starbucks retaliated by closing the store.
The company also previously offered non-union stores expanded training, sick leave, and tipping, and while it joined many large corporations offering employees travel expenses to obtain safe abortions should the need arise — union workers will be exempt from the benefit.
So far, 182 Starbucks stores have voted to unionize, with just 30 stores voting against unionizing.
Unionized workers typically earn 10% more than non-union labor.
