Thick Ice Cream has opened at 208 Graham Avenue, taking on a small retail space in the base of the Williamsburg Houses.

The new ice cream shop promises “flavor-driven artisan quality” but at affordable prices. The shop produces it’s own ice cream available to buy as pints online, and available in-store.

Flavors include some classics like pistachio, rum raisin, and mint chocolate chip, but also include more innovative flavors like Deep Fried Caramel Pecan Cornbread, Mango and Caramel Flan, and Carrot Cake and Buttercream.

The store also sells creations like a banana muffin stuffed with salted caramel ice cream or Mango and Flan ice cream stuffed muffins.

The shop is also on DoorDash for deliveries.

The shop is open from 2pm to 6pm, which is a little early for indulging in ice cream on most days. The grand opening was held last month.
