Fabco Shoes Moving Across Graham Avenue

Fabco Shoes on Graham Avenue in Brooklyn is moving across the street

The East Williamsburg shoe store on Graham Avenue is set to relocate across the street.

Fabco Shoes is moving to a new building on the corner of Varet and Graham.

For now, now the existing store has clearance sale signs in the window and the new storefront has brown paper across the windows — but a brand new sign was recently installed promising the forthcoming store.

The Varet is located on the corner lot at 50 Graham Avenue. The building wrapped up earlier this year and the housing lottery opened in April.

If you can’t score a housing lottery spot, two bedrooms are north of $5,200 a month, which seems kind of insane for this section of East Williamsburg — although that price point might explain why the marketing materials call it just Williamsburg. There is a total of 35 units that the Corcoran group promises are curated in some way.

The custom kitchens feature quartz counters and stainless steel. Nearby amenities include both licensed and unlicensed weed shops, Woodhull Hospital, and the Bushwick Houses, apartments curated by NYCHA.
