Ukrainian diner Veselka opened their Williamsburg location earlier this month.

The neighborhood has been eagerly awaiting the arrival of this New York institution.

The restaurant officially opened on June 5th and featured pierogi stuffed with Pastrami, a collaboration with Katz’s Deli.

The new location is more than just a restaurant. It’s serving as a central commissary for the diner’s expanding operations which include mail order and other locations.
