A new Citibank branch is coming to Graham Avenue on the south end near Flushing.

The new branch is still under construction at 45 Graham Avenue, but the interior looks nearly finished.

The branch is the corner retail space in the recently constructed 85-foot tall building. There are 35 units, and 5,422 square feet of retail in the building, according to NYYimby.

There are 11 income restricted units that had a lottery last year. These “affordable” units are the ideal example of “affordable for who” critiques with monthly rents starting $1,995 but going up to $3,300. Hint: the people who can actually afford $3,300 earn more than $198,250 cap.

At least they’ll have a new Citibank to withdraw their parents’ money from.
