The Chiang Mai Diner had a soft open last month and is now serving up Thai food and drinks in a stunningly designed new restaurant space on the corner of Flushing and Central Avenue.
Back in November, we reported that a new liquor license application was pending on the former Sugarburg bar, and it now appears it will open under the name H&H Reserve.
