Big changes for home decor with openings and relocations, plus a wine bar.
Leif *coming soon*
Leif, Goods for Living, is coming to 319 Graham Avenue. Union Home, a high end furniture retailer had been the first tenant in the corner space after the building was built.
Leif currently has a location at 99 Grand Street near the waterfront. It features home decor, dining pieces, and artwork, plus jewelry and paper goods. The shop is also hiring for new positions, presumably to staff the new location.

Casa Ziki *relocating*
Gift and home goods store Casa Ziki has closed the Graham Avenue location, but isn’t going far. This summer, the shop expects to move to 710 Metropolitan Avenue, better known as the Umbrella Factory.

Bar Tavern *coming soon*
A new bar and tavern is planned for the space that once housed Pheasant. The upscale restaurant closed in June of last year, moving to a catering business based out of 57 Driggs. The new liquor license applied for in March as SA Empty Plate LLC under the business name Plus De Vin.
