East Village favorite, Veselka earlier this year announced plans to open a Williamsburg location. At the time, there was some question as to where the restaurant would be.
Dee Best Zeppole and Calzones opened on Graham Avenue giving Italian festival food a full-time home.
The “turn-key” restaurant at 234 Union Avenue is about to become HAAM, a Caribbean plant restaurant.
