According to NYYIMBY, the tower will have 12 units and permits were filed before the pandemic set in. It appears each unit will have a small balcony at each window.

The original building was a 3-story building built in 1930. Check out the tax photo from 1940.

The building is a hundred feet from the entrance to the G and L Metropolitan Ave / Lorimer Station, although the G train is a full block west, accessible by the L platform.
