Aa fire broke out this morning at 236 Montrose Avenue.

Fire trucks lined Bushwick Avenue at 9 am when the fire had been contained, but the damage had been done.

The fire was in aa 3-story multiple dwelling apartment building.

Last year, 244 Montrose Avenue burned leaving behind an empty lot a few doors down from the current fire.
