Inday All Day coming to Metropolitan and Driggs

Casual Indian-Indian American eatery will soon open on the corner of Metropolitan and Driggs.

The restaurant could open in as little as about six weeks, according to a person on site.

Inday already has locations in Manhattan serving office districts in midtown and lower Manhattan.

The menu includes kebabs, curries, salads, and main dishes inspired by Indian American cuisine and modernized for contemporary tastes. According to their site, the menu draws on a mix of “home cooked” recipes and new interpretations of classic dishes.

Inday’s philosophy revolves around “food Karma,” the idea of seeking out sustainably source foods and ensuring the well-being of the team behind the food itself.

The new location also promises to offer Indian breakfast, homemade chai, and cold cocktails.

Inday will occupy the corner ground floor of the newly completed 658 Driggs Avenue, a five story building with 20 residential units. The six affordable units went to a housing lottery back in May.
